Terms and Conditions
Loading materials for customer at Wolfe Lumber place of business: Upon loading the customer’s vehicle. The customer shall inspect the materials and should note at that time any shortage or damage of the materials to the terms and conditions of the order to the Yard Supervisor or front desk.
Materials that Wolfe Lumber delivers to customer’s designated location: Upon unloading from Wolfe Lumbers truck at said location; unless customer has made specific requests that someone is there to sign for delivery, Wolfe Lumber will unload materials and the customer has 24 hours to report shortage or damage for us to refund or exchange.
If a customer requests delivery of materials other than curbside, then the customer must provide safe access and shall defend and hold Wolfe Lumber harmless from all liability claims, actions and damages associated therewith, including the risk of damage to the premises.
Materials returned by customer for a refund must be intact, resalable, in like new condition and accompanied by an original invoice/receipt.
We will accept NO returns after thirty (30) days.
Materials specially or custom ordered, are not returnable.
